Talin Hitik is a US-trained lawyer with a focus in international law and international dispute resolution. Talin has a boutique practice in Chicago, specializing in international conflicts of law, international business transactions, and transnational dispute resolution. Talin has lived and worked in Armenia for many years as a law professor at American University of Armenia and Yerevan State University, teaching subjects of international humanitarian law and international human rights law, and as an International Law Expert to the Ministry of Justice of Armenia, advising on litigation strategy in the European Court of Human Rights. Talin also worked in The Hague, as a legal officer at The Hague Conference on Private International Law and The International Council for Commercial Arbitration/Permanent Court of Arbitration. She has served on the editorial staff of the ICSID Review since 2016.
